Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies y tecnologías de rastreo · versión en español, que es la que prevalece
Today this website installs no cookies. It only stores in your browser, for 12 months, what you choose: your answer to the consent panel and the language, if you press ES or EN. The measurement of your visit lives in the tab's memory, only if you accept it, and is lost when you close it. Meta and Google are switched off, and when we activate them their tags will not download or install anything until you accept them separately. This document completes section 14 of the privacy notice.
This is an informative translation
The binding text is the Spanish version. If this translation and the Spanish text differ, the Spanish text prevails.
01What they are and what the law requires
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to read later. A web beacon (or pixel) is an invisible image or code that tells its owner what you do on the page. The browser's local storage (localStorage) stores data on your device much like a cookie. All of them are technologies that can obtain data automatically while you visit a website.
When a website uses them, Mexican law requires it to tell you at that moment, in a visible place, that it uses them, that personal data is obtained through them and how to turn them off, unless they are needed for technical reasons; and to describe them in its full privacy notice (article 14 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Privacy Notice Guidelines). This website goes further: anything that is not technical is not activated until you accept it.
02Who uses them
The website belongs to Walter Javier Serrudo, who trades under the brand AISOLVES; his details are in the legal notice (Spanish). First-party ones are managed by us; third-party ones are managed by another company, even if stored under our website's domain, such as Meta's and Google's.
03Those on the website
| Name | Type and owner | What for and what data it obtains | Duration | How to turn it off | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
ais-consent |
Local storage · first-party | Remembering what you chose in the consent panel («Accept and enter» or «Essential only»), with the date and the panel version, so as not to ask you again on every visit. It stores nothing about your path or your score. It is only written when you press one of the two buttons. | 12 months; earlier, if we change what we ask you | It is technical: without it we could not respect your choice. You can delete it from your browser (see 07) | Active |
ais-lang |
Local storage · first-party | Remembering the language you choose (ES or EN). It is only written when you press one of the two buttons. | 12 months | Do not choose a language, or delete it from your browser | Active |
| Panel metrics before you decide | Page code, in the tab's memory · first-party | Seconds on the page, time with the tab visible, scroll, cursor speed and number of movements and the section you are in, only to show them to you in the panel and the magnifier (see privacy notice, 3.2). Not stored on your device or sent to any server. | Until you choose, close or reload the tab | «Essential only» in the panel, or «Revoke · essential only»: the page removes its listeners, stops its clock and deletes them | Active until you decide; never from the EEA |
| Measurement of your path | Page code, in the tab's memory · first-party | Sections viewed, time, scroll, clicks and cursor, and the interest score (see privacy notice, 3.4). It is not stored on your device or sent to any server unless you request the report. | Until you close or reload the tab | «Essential only» in the panel, or «Revoke · essential only» | Active, only if you accept |
_fbp |
Cookie · third-party (Meta) | Identifying your browser so that Meta measures the visits and contacts coming from its ads and builds advertising audiences. The Meta Pixel writes it; we read it to also send it through our server, and without it we send nothing that way: if the pixel does not actually run in your browser, no event goes through our server either. | Set by Meta | Do not accept advertising in the panel | Not active today |
_fbc |
Cookie · third-party (Meta) | Storing the click identifier of a Meta ad (fbclid) to attribute the visit to it. The Meta Pixel writes it; we read it. |
Set by Meta | Do not accept advertising in the panel | Not active today |
Meta Pixel (fbevents.js) |
Web beacon · third-party (Meta) | Sending Meta the events of your visit (page views, score, contact) for measurement and advertising. It will run without its automatic configuration, which sends clicks and page data on its own, and without automatic advanced matching, which would read the form fields. | — | Do not accept advertising or the transfer to Meta in the panel; or turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, or block it: then nothing goes through our server either | Not active today |
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (gtag.js) |
Cookies and web beacon · third-party (Google) | Website analytics and conversion measurement for Google campaigns. Before activating it we will turn off Google Analytics «enhanced measurement» (outbound clicks, scroll, forms, searches, videos and downloads) or declare those events here: the website does not load Google Analytics until then. Google sets the names and durations of its cookies; we will publish them here when we activate it. | Set by Google | Do not accept analytics or advertising in the panel, or turn on the GPC signal in your browser | Not active today |
What is not storage. While you decide, the panel of your visit computes in your browser the time, scroll, cursor movement and the section you are in; if you accept, also your path and your score. All of that lives in the tab's memory: it is not written to your device or sent to any server, and it disappears when you close or reload the page. If you choose «Essential only», the page stops computing it and deletes it at that moment. The score only leaves your browser if you request the report on WhatsApp; the report's «Open chat» button opens our WhatsApp with no data from your visit. We explain it in the privacy notice.
When Meta and Google load. Never before you accept. The website is programmed to download their scripts only after your acceptance: until then Meta and Google receive nothing from this page, not even your IP, and if you choose «Essential only» they are not downloaded. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, they do not load even if you accept. And the copy of the events that goes through our server (Conversions API) only goes out if the Meta Pixel actually loaded and ran in your browser: if you block it, nothing goes out through either channel. Moreover, they will not be activated until the panel lets you choose analytics and advertising separately, with the transfer clause (see 06). From the European Economic Area they never load (see privacy notice, 3.11).
05Those in the inbox and AISOLVES OS
These only affect the people on the AISOLVES team or at our clients who log into those tools. They are technical: without them you cannot log in.
| Name | Where | What for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sesfirst-party cookie |
AISOLVES inbox (/crm) |
Keeping the team's session. It is signed, the page's code cannot read it (httpOnly), it only travels over HTTPS and never from another website (SameSite=Strict). | 12 hours |
senal:lista, senal:hilo:<id>, senal-borradoresfirst-party session storage ( sessionStorage) |
AISOLVES inbox | Copy of the conversation list, the open threads and the drafts, so the inbox loads instantly. It contains names, numbers and messages. | Until the inbox tab is closed; earlier, when pressing «Salir» (log out) or when the session ends, even if the tab stays open in the background; at most, 12 hours. |
aisolves_refreshfirst-party cookie |
AISOLVES OS In development | Renewing the user's session. httpOnly, SameSite=Strict and only sent to the access routes. | 30 days by default |
06The notice on arrival and how to turn them off
The first time you enter the home page, or when your previous choice has expired, the consent panel opens. Above the buttons is the simplified privacy notice: who the controller is and their address; that, while you decide, the page computes in the tab's memory the time, scroll, cursor and the section you are in, only to show them to you; that, if you accept, your browser measures your path and computes an interest score, which is automated processing for a commercial prospecting purpose; that the website stores your choice and your language in the browser's local storage and that Meta and Google are switched off; and how to refuse and exercise your rights, with the link to the full notice (the link to this page is below the buttons). Then, two equal buttons, side by side, of the same size, colour and font:
- «Essential only»: your path is not measured, there is no score, and nothing is downloaded from or sent to Meta or Google. In addition, the page stops computing the panel metrics: it removes its scroll, cursor, click and visibility listeners, stops its clock and deletes what it computed. The same on your next visits, while it remembers that choice: it applies it before setting any listener, so it computes nothing at all. It also deletes from memory the origin of your visit and, if you arrived through a personal link, your Instagram username and your name.
- «Accept and enter»: activates the measurement of your path and the score, in your browser.
Your choice is kept for 12 months in your browser (ais-consent), also if you choose «Essential only», so as not to ask you again on every visit. If you accepted, on your next visits measurement starts without asking you again. After 12 months, or if we change what we ask, the panel asks you again. That is how the website is programmed: the stored choice carries the panel version, and the day the panel starts asking for analytics and advertising separately, today's choice stops counting on its own and nothing from Meta or Google loads until you choose again.
To withdraw your consent, press «How to revoke» (or «Privacy») in the home page footer: the panel opens and the «Revoke · essential only» button withdraws it in one click. At that moment your path and your score are deleted, the page stops computing anything about your visit, Meta and Google are told to stop measuring, and your browser remembers that you revoked: on your next visits nothing is computed until you accept again. Closing the tab deletes that visit's measurement, but does not change your choice. Deleting this website's data in your browser (see 07) also deletes your choice.
Before activating Meta and Google the panel will let you accept or refuse each purpose separately —analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta and Google Ads), with nothing pre-ticked—, with the clause where you say whether or not you accept the transfer of your data to Meta and Google (privacy notice, section 08); it will name Meta and Google and the sending of your hashed email, and we will keep a record of what you choose (what, when and with which version of the text). Until that choice exists, the website is programmed not to load those tags even if they have an identifier. We will update this page and ask you to choose again.
07How to delete them from your browser
Withdrawing consent does not delete cookies a third party has already written: they stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them, although they stop being used. You can delete this website's cookies and local storage from your browser's privacy settings, in the site data or cookies section, and also block them. If you block local storage, the chosen language will travel in the page address (?lang=en) instead of being stored, and the consent panel will ask you on every visit.
08Profile, transfers and changes
- The interest score is automated processing. We explain what it measures, how much each thing weighs, what consequences it has and how to ask a person to review it in the privacy notice.
- What Meta and Google Ads receive, once activated, will be a transfer to United States companies that also use it for their own purposes, and it will only happen if you accept it: see transfers.
- If these technologies or the third parties change, we will update this page and its date and ask you again.
